Health Advice

These are the five rules of better health:

1. Do not have anything before lunch except fruits.

2. Do not have starch with meat, i.e. either potato or rice with meat is not allowed.

3. Do not have anything after 8:00 pm.

4. Drink water after/before one hour of having food.

5. Have fruits after/before one hour of having food.
